The Toscano PGI Sant’Andrea blend from Frantoio Buraschi, yellow with green reflections, has a medium-light green fruity flavor, with hints of freshly cut grass, sweet almond, tomato leaf, and sage. On the palate, we find almond, thistle, olive leaf, and sage. Balanced and persistent bitterness and spiciness.
