It is possible to book a light lunch every day, you can choose whether to eat in the kitchen of the mill or in the shade of the pines in our garden. The dishes change every day depending on what is available in the 'garden, you can always find pappa al pomodoro and panzanella.

- Bruschetta del frantoiano or grilled aubergine with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar
- Cantucci and liqueur from the mill
- Water and a glass of wine
