In our cooking class we will try, through food, to convey the Tuscan lifestyle, which has been handed down to us through our grandmothers and our mothers, who are an expression of our Valdichiana Senese. Simple but tasty dishes will be cooked that will release smells, flavors and sensations that you will not be able to forget. All the ingredients of the cooking course are selected according to seasonality, they will be taken directly from the vegetable garden of the Buraschi oil mill or from local producers with a short supply chain.
COURSE CONDUCT The appetizer of 3 bruschetta, to taste the three types of EVO oil produced by FRANTOIO BURASCHI: Italian EVO Oil, ORGANIC EVO Oil, TUSCAN IGP EVO Oil; various types of croutons: with tomato and basil, with anchovies and parsley, it will be the first thing we are going to prepare.
We continue with the first course: pici, the handmade pasta typical of the province of Siena and the Valdichiana Senese, whose condiment will be chosen from time to time.
Secondly we will prepare a batch of vegetables, which will vary according to the season and what the garden offers us, on request a meat dish will be made; finally a dessert or organic EVO oil ice cream.
At the end of the course the table will be set and the dishes that have been prepared will be tasted, accompanied by a glass of wine.
