THE MILL


Frantoio Buraschi was born in 1966 from Otello Buraschi's passion for oil, the company has grown over the years as the love for work and the product "extra virgin olive oil", passed on to the daughters Alessandra and Emanuela, who today continue in this activity with great dedication and respect for tradition.
The activity of the mill begins at the end of September and lasts until the end of December; in this period olives from the territory of Montepulciano and the surrounding area are processed.
The milling process, at our family oil mill, is carried out with a continuous cold extraction system, the plant is certified for processing: Organic, Tuscan IGP and Terre di Siena PDO.
The olives from appropriately selected olive groves are pressed within a few hours of their arrival at the mill, for the production of our: Tuscan IGP EVO Oil - Organic EVO Oil - Italian EVO OIL - Terre di Siena PDO.
