Olitaly - Buraschi Oil Mill


The Frantoio Buraschi was born in 1966 from the passion for oil of Otello Buraschi, the company has grown over the years as the love for work and the product "extra virgin olive oil", passed on to his daughters Alessandra and Emanuela, who today continue in this activity with great dedication and respect for tradition.

The mill's activity begins at the end of September and lasts until the end of December; in this period olives from the Montepulciano area and the surrounding area are processed.


The milling process, at our family oil mill, is performed with a continuous cycle cold extraction system, the plant is certified for processing: Organic, Tuscan IGP and Terre di Siena DOP.

The olives from the appropriately selected olive groves are pressed within 5 hours of their arrival at our mill, for the production of our: TUSCAN IGP EVO oil – ORGANIC EVO oil – ITALIAN EVO OIL
